施工工程定价策略模式探讨

A Study of Pricing Strategy Models in Construction Project

施工工程早期定价决策遵循公共工程的以最低底价的总价承包方式决标,常造成工程无法如期保质完成[1]。"一分价钱一分货",现在施工工程的定价策略发生了改变,选择正确的定价策略模式,有利于后续工程的执行[2]。本研究选择坊间不同的"施工工程定价策略模式"作为研究对象,借由执行的案例,探讨施工工程不同定价策略遇到的各种问题。

The early pricing decision of construction project follows the total contract with the lowest reserve price in public engineering, and the project can not be completed on time. ＂You get what you pay for＂, the pricing strategy of construction project has changed now, and choosing the right pricing strategy mode is beneficial to the implementation of the follow-up project. In this study, we choose different pricing strategies for construction projects as the research object, and discuss the various problems encountered in different pricing strategies of construction projects.
