摘要
随着现代科学的发展,发动机维修设备和手段的多样化,采用内窥镜技术对发动机损伤进行检测是新维修方式必不可少的关键环节。以航空发动机内窥镜为研究对象,从人、机、料、法、环各环节分析了质量管理中存在的问题,旨在为公司质量管理提出改进及优化意见,以助于公司完善质量管理系统,减少质量损失,实现质量管理目标。
With the development of modern science and the diversity of engine maintenance equipments and methods, it is necessary to detect the damage of engine by endoscope technology. In this paper, we researched the quality management of engine borescope inspection and analyzed the problems in quality management from the aspects of man, machine, material, method and environment. The aim is to improve and optimize the quality of a company, to help the company better the quality management system, to reduce the quality loss, and to achieve the quality management objectives.
