Reform Practice of Supervision Mode in Ningbo Customers Export LCL Warehouse under the Innovation Drive

本文通过分析宁波海关出口拼箱监管与其监管场所之间发生联动的现状及问题,发现了宁波海关对出口拼箱仓库监管的改革实践,提出创新驱动环境下促进海关监管与监管场所良性互动的几点建议。

This paper analyzes present situation and problems of the linkage between Ningbo customs export LCL supervision and its regulatory sites, finds the Ningbo customs reform practice of LCL export supervision warehouse, and proposes some suggestions on promoting benign interaction between customs supervision and supervision sites under the environment of innovation drive.
