摘要
云计算时代下,顾客是服务供应链的重要环节之一,如何基于顾客参与的角度下去评价云服务供应商有着重要意义。本文结合云服务特点,在传统供应商评价原则的基础上,从服务能力、服务质量、服务成本和交互能力四大方面构建了云服务供应商评价指标体系。并以云笔记服务供应商为例,通过改进后的模糊MOORA方法对评价模型进行求解,为云服务供应商的战略制定和决策提供依据。
In the era of cloud computing, customers are one of the important factors in the service supply chain. How to evaluate the cloud service provider based on the customer participation is of great significance. Combining the characteristics of cloud services, this paper proposes the evaluation system of cloud service providers based on the traditional supplier evaluation principle, including service capability, service quality, service cost and interaction ability. Taking the cloud note service provider as an example, this paper improves the fuzzy MOORA method to solve the evaluation model, which provides the reference for the decision making of the leadership.
