自适应型紧固器在隧道纵向钢边橡胶止水带张拉施工中的应用研究

摘要 隧道二次衬砌结构无法一次浇筑完成,在仰拱与拱墙的位置形成一条纵向通长的施工缝,而施工缝对于地下结构来说是天生的薄弱点,也就成为了地下结构的重点防水部位,设计中在纵向施工缝处设计一道纵向橡胶止水带或者钢边橡胶止水带加一道遇水膨胀止水条,构成结构内部的防水体系,结合结构外侧的防水板形成完整的防水体系。所以在施工中埋止水带的施工质量成为结构防水体系的重要环节。 The secondary tunnel lining can not be once completed, so it will form a long longitudinal seam between the inverted arch and arch wall. But the seam is the natural weak point for the underground structure, and also becomes the key waterproofing part of the underground structure. In the design, a longitudinal rubber sealing belt or the steel edge rubber water stopping strip with a water expansion stop strip has been designed, which forms a waterproof system of the internal structure, and combined with the waterproof board structure outside the structure, forms a complete waterproof system. So in the construction, the quality of buried waterproof band has become an important link of the structure waterproof system.
