Facing the ＂new normal＂ of economic development, ethnic colleges and universities should actively respond to the call and vigorously carry out entrepreneurship education. Entrepreneurship education teachers are the key of entrepreneurship education in universities for nationalities, and plays an important role. At present, there are many difficulties in the construction of entrepreneurship education faculty in ethnic universities and colleges. It is necessary to combine practice to research countermeasures and solidly implement them, so as to solve the urgent task of the entrepreneurship education development.
