卓越人才培养计划对大学生成才激励效应的研究——以南京林业大学机械工程专业为例

A Study on the Incentive Effect of Excellent Talent Training Program on College Student Talents:A Case Study of Mechanical Engineering Specialty in Nanjing Forestry University

在卓越工程师培养背景下,本文以南京林业大学机械工程专业为例,在阐述人才培养现状的基础上进行分析,切入到机械电子工程学院在搭建培养卓越人才的途径与探索中如何创建校企合作平台、制定人才培养标准及卓越工程师人才培养计划学生的思想政治教育。

Under the background of excellent engineer training, this paper takes the mechanical engineering specialty of Nanjing Forestry University as an example, analyzes the present situation of personnel training, and explores the ways to excellent engineer training of School of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, including to create a school-enterprise cooperation platform, to develop personnel training standards and to strength the students＇ ideological and political education in excellent personnel training program.
