摘要
随着城市化进程不断推进,越来越多的城市希望成为智慧城市,拥有最精明的城市发展增长计划。本文我们利用相关性分析和层次分析法(AHP)构建城市规划评价模型,利用迭代法,梯度下降法构建城市规划制定模型。选取中国城市孟州,美国城市里弗赛德两座发展情况不同的城市作为样例,评价其现有规划的优缺点,并按照精明增长的要求制定城市发展规划。
With the continuous progress of the urbanization process, more and more cities want to become a smart city and obtain the most astute city development growth plan. In this paper, the correlation analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) are used to construct the city planning evaluation model, and the iterative method and gradient descent method are used to construct the city planning model.Taking Mengzhou city of China and Riverside city of the United States who have different development situation as example, the advantages and disadvantages of their existing planning are evaluated, and the urban development planning is developed in accordance with the requirements of smart growth.
