摘要
过盈配合联接的结构简单,承载能力强,在机械设计中被广泛应用。但过盈配合联接对配合表面加工精度要求较高,有时不便于装配,需要采用特殊的工艺手段组装。本文主要介绍了圆柱孔过盈联接的几种装配工艺方法及使用的设备。
The structure of the interference fit is simple and the carrying capacity is strong, so it is widely used in mechanical design.But it has higher requirements for the processing accuracy of the fitting surface, and sometimes not easy to assemble, so it needs special means of assembly. This paper mainly introduces the assembly method and the equipment used in the interference of cylindrical hole.
