摘要
在研究了大学生创业技能内涵的基础上,拟定了大学生创业技能指标体系,主要从创业精神、创业知识、创业能力和创业实践四个部分构建。针对大学生创业系统兼具模糊性和灰色性的特点,应用了灰色模糊数学中隶属度和灰度的相关理论,建立了灰色模糊综合评价模型,并以江苏某高校为实例验证该方法的可行性。评价结果表明该方法能较好的利用信息,并将定性分析与定量分析相结合,是一种比较有效的评价方法。
On the basis of studying the connotation of college students' entrepreneurial skills, this paper draws up the index system of college students' entrepreneurial skills, mainly from the four parts of entrepreneurship spirit, entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial practice. For college students' entrepreneurship system with both gray and fuzzy features, the correlation theory of membership degree and gray level in gray fuzzy mathematics is applied to establish the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and a university in Jiangsu is taken as an example to validate the feasibility of this method. The evaluation results show that this method can make good use of information, and combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, which is an effective evaluation method.
