摘要
针对采用低温弯拉应变和低温弯拉强度表征沥青混合料低温性能所表现出的矛盾,本文引入低温破坏能评价沥青混合料的低温性能。在0℃,-10℃,-20℃三个低温条件下,对AC-16(基质)、SMA-16两种典型类型沥青混合料进行低温弯曲试验,计算单位体积破坏能。结果表明,低温破坏能与温度基本成直线关系,该指标综合了低温弯拉应变和低温弯拉强度两种指标,有效地削弱了单一指标带来的误差,是一种直观、可靠、准确的沥青混合料低温性能评价指标。
In view of the contradiction between low temperature flexural tensile strain and low temperature flexural tensile strength is used to characterize the low temperature performance of asphalt mixture, in this paper, low temperature damage energy can be used to evaluate the low temperature performance of asphalt mixture. Under these low temperature conditions of 0℃,-10℃, and-20℃, the AC-16(matrix) and SMA-16 two typical types of asphalt mixture were subjected to low temperature bending test, calculated unit volume damage energy. The result shows, low temperature damage energy can be linearly related to temperature, the index combines two indexes of low temperature flexural tensile strain and low temperature flexural tensile strength, effectively weaken the error caused by a single index, it is an intuitive, reliable and accurate evaluation index of asphalt mixture at low temperature.
