摘要
护士排班问题由来已久,但到目前为止我国医院仍没摆脱低信息化手工排班的现状,因此研究该问题仍具有现实意义。文章介绍了现有护士排班的模型,分析现有护士排班文献的研究内容,找出现有研究的不足并对未来的研究提供一些建议。
The problem of nurse scheduling has a long history, but so far, hospital of China has not got rid of the status of manual shift of low information, so the study of this problem still has practical significance. This paper reviewed the related model of nurse scheduling and analyzed the research content of existing nurses scheduling literature to find out the deficiency of existing research and provide some suggestions for future research.
