摘要
"专接本"学生的思想动态、行为方式、学习动机、学习年限和学习经历与普通本科生相比明显不同,许多"专接本"学生都比较有个性。本文通过分析"专接本"学生的特点及管理难点,结合在实际工作中的一些经验和感悟,探讨提出一套可行的学生教育管理策略。
The ideological trends, behavior styles, learning motivation, learning years and learning experiences of the students with 'special orientation' are obviously different from those of ordinary undergraduates, and many of them are more personality. This paper analyzes the characteristics and management difficulties of the students from technical to undergraduate, and then puts forward a set of feasible strategies for students' education management combined with some experiences and insights in practical work.
