输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗孤立肾肾结石疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗孤立肾肾结石的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月至2016年12月应用输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗安徽医科大学第二附属医院泌尿外科孤立肾肾结石患者11例,结合患者术前肾结石STONE评分和Guy's分级,统计分析进镜成功率、结石清除率、肾功能变化及并发症发生情况。结果 11例患者一次进镜成功率为100%,均顺利完成手术。肾结石STONE评分5~9分,平均(6.64±1.29)分;Guy's分级:Ⅰ级6例,Ⅱ级3例,Ⅲ级2例;手术时间40~129 min,平均(84.45±31.06)min;均未见明显出血;住院2~7 d,平均(3.0±1.67)d;输尿管支架保留时间3~4周。术后1个月复查,一期结石清除率为97%,所有患者术后肾功能均明显好转,未发生严重并发症。结论输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗孤立肾肾结石临床疗效确切。
