下肢动脉闭塞腔内治疗策略的新思考 被引量：19

摘要 随着血管腔内介入技术的发展,腔内治疗已成为下肢动脉硬化闭塞症（arteriosclerosis obliterans,ASO）治疗的首选。ASO的病变有超过50%集中于股腘动脉,而股腘动脉是人体最长的动脉,因大腿肌肉发达和运动受力,股腘动脉承受着拉伸、扭曲、压缩等复杂的力学作用,再加上股腘动脉是平滑肌肌层发达的＂肌性动脉＂,较其他动脉有更强的平滑肌细胞增生能力,
