摘要
首秦公司生产中产生的固废资源,大部分被用到烧结生产中直接回收利用,另外的配加2%~3%的皂土和焦末烧制成转鼓40%左右的热固红泥砖供炼钢作为冷却剂使用。而炼钢过程冷却剂使用量有限,为了在钢铁厂全部处理固废资源,在含有害元素较高的固废资源分别配加4%~5%焦末和皂土制成转鼓50%左右的供高炉直接使用的热固红泥砖,高效、低成本地实现了在钢铁厂内全部处理产生中产生的固废资源。
At shouqin company, a part of the solid wastes returned to sintering process to recycle, others with addition of 2% ?3% bentonite and coke breeze were burned to bricks with 40% drum strength as the steelmaking coolant. In this case, there were surplus solid wastes. Therefore, it was planned that the surplus wastes were made into bricks with about 50% drum strength as BF materials and powers returned to sintering process. Finanlly, the bricks were directly delivered into BF and a-voided secondary processing.
