摘要
文章介绍了河南济源钢铁(集团)有限公司高炉机前富氧技术改造项目,节约了大量的氧压机电能消耗,同时节约了氧压机的运行、维护费用。根据实际运行效果来看,机前富氧的使用对高炉炼铁生产工艺没有影响。
The paper presented the technical revamping project for oxygen enrichment before blast fur-nace blower of Henan Jiyuan Iron and Steel （ Group） Co. , Ltd. The revamping saved a great deal of e-lectric power consumption for oxygen compressor, meanwhile saved the operating costs and mainte-nance costs of oxygen compressor; according to actual operation effect, the application of oxygen en-richment before blower will not affect the production process of blast furnace ironmaking.
