摘要
1Cr18Ni9Ti以其良好的物理化学性能广泛应用于各种腐蚀介质储罐的制造,脉冲焊补技术是修复1Cr18Ni9Ti储罐缺陷的一种常用方法;而储罐的修复对于焊补层与基体的结合强度有着一定的要求。针对传统拉伸试验中采用的胶粘方式无法完成焊补层与基体结合强度测量的不足,通过改变试验中焊补区域设计,提出了一种改进的结合强度测量方法;并进行了有限元分析和实测试验。结果表明:改进后的测量方法大大扩大了试验的测量范围,为验证焊补层的结合强度提供了一种新方法。
1Cr18Ni9Ti are widely used in the manufacture of various corrosive media storage tanks with its good physical and chemical properties.Pulse welding technique is one of the most common methods to repair the defects of 1Cr18Ni9Ti materials, and the anchoring strength between the welding layer and the substrate is considered to be the most basic process performance index.Considering the weakness of the traditional tension test measure the bonding strength, a improved tension test method was proposed, and implemented finite element analysis and testing.The results show that the improved tensile test has greatly expanded the measurement range, which provides a new method to verify the bonding strength of the bonding layer.
