参附注射液联合rhBNP治疗急性心力衰竭的临床观察 被引量：17

摘要 目的观察参附注射液联合小剂量重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)治疗急性心力衰竭(AHF)的临床疗效。方法将52例AHF病人随机分为两组,对照组在常规心力衰竭治疗基础上加用rhBNP负荷量及维持量治疗3d,治疗组在rhBNP每日维持量基础上加用参附注射液静脉输注。观察并比较两组临床疗效、血浆BNP水平、肾功能和低血压反应率、住院费用变化。结果两组临床疗效总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组血浆BNP水平较对照组降低明显(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血肌酐水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);不良反应发生率治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液联名小剂量rhBNP能增强后者改善血流动力学的作用,且避免rhBNP引发的肾功能损害和低血压情况、降低住院费用等。
