替罗非班致重度血小板减少症1例 被引量：2

摘要 1典型病例 病人,男,78岁,汉族,以＂发作性心前区疼痛20年,加重伴持续心前区疼痛2小时＂为主诉于2014年6月7日入院。病人20年前无明显诱因突发心前区疼痛,伴胸闷气短,汗出,无放射痛,每次持续约数分钟,休息后可缓解,未予治疗。此后曾行心电图检查提示：陈旧性下壁心肌梗死,
