摘要
就改良早期预警评分(MEWS)系统的产生背景、最佳触发值及其在不同科室的临床应用现状进行综述,明确MEWS研究的成熟之处与薄弱之处,旨在给医务人员提供相应的理论依据,为进一步开展MEWS的相关研究提供依据。
It reviewed the background,the best trigger value and the clinical application status quo of the Modified Early Warning Score System（MEWS） in different depart,made clear the maturity and weakness of MEWS research,so as to provide the theoretical basis for medical staff to carry out further research on MEWS.
