摘要
[目的]探讨护理实习生时间管理倾向、自我控制与拖延行为的关系。[方法]采用时间管理倾向量表、自我控制量表与一般拖延量表对235名护理实习生进行调查。[结果]护理实习生时间管理倾向均分为(3.74±0.53)分,拖延行为均分为(2.14±0.49)分,自我控制均分为(3.51±0.66)分;时间管理倾向可正向预测自我控制(r=0.297,P<0.01);时间管理倾向与拖延行为呈负相关(r=-0.298,P<0.01),自我控制与拖延行为呈负相关(r=-0.416,P<0.01);自我控制在时间管理倾向与拖延行为之间起到部分中介作用。[结论]护理实习生时间管理倾向、自我控制与拖延行为关系密切,提高护理实习生的时间管理能力与自我控制能力,可减少其拖延行为。
Objective:To probe into the relationship among time management disposition,self control and procrastination of nursing students.Method:A total of 235 nursing students were investigated by the time management disposition scale,the self-control scale and the general procrastination scale.Results:The time management disposition average score of nursing students was(3.74±0.53),the procrastination behavior average score was (2.14±0.49),and the self control average score was (3.51±0.66).Time management disposition could predict positively self-control(r=0.297,P〈0.01),but time management disposition was negatively related to procrastination(r=-0.298,P〈0.01),self-control was negatively related to procrastination(r=-0.416,P〈0.01).Self-control played a partial mediating role between time management disposition and procrastination.Conclusion:There was closely correlation among the time management disposition,self control and procrastination behavior of nursing students.By improving time management ability and self-control of nursing students,it could reduce their procrastination behaviors.
