反刍性沉思在乳腺癌病人创伤后成长与社会支持间的中介作用

Mediating role of ruminant meditation in posttraumatic growth and social support of breast cancer patients

[目的]探讨乳腺癌病人反刍性沉思、社会支持和创伤后成长三者的关系。[方法]采用一般人口学资料问卷、事件相关性反刍性沉思问卷、领悟社会支持量表和创伤后成长评定量表对295例乳腺癌病人进行横断面调查。[结果]乳腺癌病人创伤后成长总分为(65.50±12.28)分,社会支持总分为(58.47±7.23)分,反刍性沉思总分为(30.40±8.25)分;社会支持与创伤后成长呈正相关(r=0.491,P<0.01),目的性反刍性沉思与创伤后成长呈正相关(r=0.375,P<0.01);结构方程模型表明:社会支持对乳腺癌病人的创伤后成长有直接的预测作用(P<0.01),社会支持对目的性反刍性沉思有直接预测作用(P<0.01),并通过目的性反刍性沉思的中介效应影响创伤后成长,中介效应占总效应的19.1%。[结论]目的性反刍性沉思在乳腺癌病人创伤后成长与社会支持间有中介作用,医护人员可通过提高病人反刍性沉思水平,使病人获得更多的创伤后成长。

Objective：To probe into the relationship among ruminant meditation,social support and posttraumatic growth in patients with breast cancer.Method： A total of 295 patients with breast cancer were investigated with a cross-sectional study by using general situation questionnaire,the attention bias scale,the resilience scale and the posttraumatic growth scale.Results：The total score of posttraumatic growth in breast cancer patients was （65.50±12.28）, total social support score was （58.47±7.23）,rumination score was （30.40±8.25）.Social support was positively correlated with posttraumatic growth （r=0.491,P〈0.01）.The purpose of rumination meditation was positively correlated with posttraumatic growth （r=0.375,P〈0.01）.Structural equation modeling showed that social support had a direct predictive effect on posttraumatic growth in breast cancer patients （P〈0.01）.Social support had a direct predictive effect for purpose of meditation （P〈0.01）.The mediating effect of the thought meditation affected the post-traumatic growth,and the mediating efficacy accounted for 19.1% of the total efficacy.Conclusions：Rumination meditation could play a mediation role between posttraumatic growth and social support of patients with breast cancer.Medical care could improve the level of ruminant meditation patients,cause patients to gain more posttraumatic growth.
