论丁扬忠教授的布莱希特戏剧理论研究

On Professor Ding Yangzhong's Study of Brecht's Theatrical Theory

丁扬忠教授是20世纪50年代中国派往德国留学并致力于德国戏剧研究的第一人;在布莱希特戏剧学派及其演剧方法的理论研究方面卓有成效;同时在讲授和传播布氏的叙事体戏剧学派的思想、翻译布氏的戏剧作品,使之融入并促进我国当代戏剧的建设和发展做出了重要贡献。丁扬忠关于布莱希特的戏剧作品和理论的译介与研究具有创发性,并且与中国戏剧的现实状况密切相关,不是单纯的学派介绍,而是直指现实、给人深刻的启迪。刘厚生先生评价他是"布莱希特的中国知音"。

Professor Ding Yangzhong is the first scholar who was sent by the Chinese government to study German theatre in the 1950 s. Ding has made noticeable achievements in theoretical study of Brecht's theatre and the histrionic methods. Meanwhile,Ding's achievements can be seen in the teaching and dissemination of the ideas of the Brecht School of narrative theatre,in the translation of Brecht's theatrical works and in adopting Brecht's works in the construction and development of Chinese contemporary theatre. Ding Yangzhong's translation,introduction and study on Brecht's works and theories are creative and they are closely related to the reality of Chinese theatre; therefore,these are not just introductions of the ideas,but are enlightenments that are reality-related and profound. Mr Liu Housheng evaluated him as "Chinese bosom friend of Brecht".
