沈阳市在校大学生创业人格与创业教育之关系

Relationship between College Student's Entrepreneurial Personality and Entrepreneurial Education in Shenyang

采用《创业人格问卷》和《创业教育问卷》对沈阳市在校629名大学生进行问卷调查。数据结果表明:不同家庭收入水平大学生在创业人格总分和内控倾向上存在显著差异;父亲受教育程度不同的在校大学生在创业教育总分和创业实践上存在显著差异;冒险倾向、成就需要、内控倾向和创新因子进入创业教育的回归方程。此研究有针对性地为在校大学生及相关教育管理部门的指导工作提供依据与建议。

The questionnaire survey is conducted among 629 college students in Shenyang through entrepreneurial personality and entrepreneurship education questionnaire.The results show that：1.Family income has a great influence on the total score of entrepreneurial personality and intenal control tendency;2.Father＇s education level has a great effect on the total score of entrepreneurial personality;and entrepreneneurial pradice 3.The entrepreneurial education regression equation need the access of risk propensity,achievement need,internal control tendency and innovation.Based on the research,some recommended practices are put forward for college students and relevant education management department.
