六味地黄汤治疗老年阴虚阳亢型高血压疗效观察

Efficacy of modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of senile patients with yin-deficiency and yang-excess syndrome of hypertension

目的观察六味地黄汤加减治疗老年阴虚阳亢型高血压的疗效。方法选取本院2015年1月~2017年2月门诊的高血压高龄患者120例,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组(西药治疗+六味地黄汤加减)及对照组(单纯实施西药治疗),各60例。对比两组疗效、血压控制情况、临床症状及不良反应。结果治疗4周后,观察组症候积分低于对照组,血压控制效果优于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者均未见明显不良反应发生。结论六味地黄汤加减治疗老年阴虚阳亢型高血压疗效较常规西药治疗好,患者临床症状能得到更好更快的缓解,血压控制效果显著,且无用药不良反应发生,安全可靠。

Objective To observe the efficacy of modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of senile patients with yin-deficiency and yang-excess syndrome of hypertension. Methods 120 senile patients with hypertension admitted in the outpatient of hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the research object. All the selected patients were divided into the observation group（western medicine and modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction） and the control group（pure western medicine） according to treatment methods, with 60 cases in each group. The efficacy,control of blood pressure, clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After four-week treatment, the scores of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the effects of blood pressure control in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the total curative effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）; There was no significant adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion Modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction is more effective in the treatment of senile patients with yin-deficiency and yang-excess syndrome of hypertension compared with conventional western medicine, it can quickly relieve clinical symptoms of patients, significantly control blood pressure and have no adverse drug reactions, which is relatively safe and reliable.
