农村留守经历在医学院校生自我概念与成就动机关系中的调节作用

摘要 目的:探讨农村籍医学院校大学生的自我概念与成就动机的关系及有无留守经历对二者关系的调节作用。方法:选取383名农村籍医学院校大学生(留守经历生262人,非留守经历生121人),采用田纳西自我概念问卷(TSCS)、成就动机量表(AMS)进行测量。结果:成就动机强度、追求成功动机和回避失败动机与自我概念十个因子之间均存在显著相关(P<0.05~P<0.01);心理自我和社会自我能正向预测追求成功动机(β=0.25、0.18),心理自我和自我批评分别能负向和正向预测回避失败动机(β=-0.29、0.14);有无留守经历能调节生理自我、自我行动与回避失败动机之间的关系(β=0.33、-0.52)。结论:自我概念中的生理自我和自我行动因子对回避失败动机的预测作用因有无留守经历而有所差异。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between self-concept and achievement motivation in rural students of medical college, as well as the moderating effects of left -behind experience. Methods: A sample of 383 college students from rural areas ( 262 students with left-behind experience and 121 students without left -behind experience) completed the Tennessee Self -concept Scale ( TSCS) and Achievement Motivation Scale (AMS).Results: There was a significant correlation between achievement motivation, MS, MF andthetenfactorsofself-conceptscale (P〈0.05- P〈0.01); The sub-scores of PER and SO positively predicted the MS (β=0.25尧 0.18) , the sub-scores of PER negatively predicted the MF (β=-0.29) and SC positively predicted the MF (β=0.14); and the rural left-behind experience could moderate the relationship between the sub-scores of PH, B and the MF (β=0.33、-0.52).Conclusion: There are differences on with/without left- behind experience in the effects that the sub-scores PH and B of TSCS predicted the MF of AMS.
