摘要
目的:探讨启发式及讨论式教学法在消化内科学理论教学中的教学效果。方法:授课教师自行设计问题情境及案例讨论情境,以启发式教学为主,讨论式教学为辅,完成1年的理论教学实践,观察学生的课堂反应能力及主动学习能力。结果:一年两个学期的教学实践,学生的课堂反应及主动学习能力明显提高,有效提高了学习效率,也锻炼了逻辑思维能力。结论:启发式及讨论式教学法应用于消化内科学的教学当中,可有效提高教学质量,提高医学生的素质和能力,值得医学院校推广。
Objective : To explore the teaching effect on applications of heuristic method of teaching and discussion didactics in gastroenterology teaching. Methods: Teachers designed problem situation and casediscussion situation account to the disease by themselves, finished one year's theory teaching mainly by heuristic method of teaching by discussion didactics, observed class responsiveness and active study ability of students. Results: During one year's teaching practice, class responsiveness and active study ability of students was improved obviously and learning efficiency was improved remarkably and logical thinking ability was sharpen. Conclusion : Applications of heuristic method of teaching and discussion didactics in gastroenterology teaching may improve teaching quality effective and improve the quality and ability of medical students. These teaching methods are worth popularizing in medical university.
