临床实习生的心理状态是影响实习质量好坏的重要因素。临床实习中产生的负面心理问题是一个值得关注的现实问题,也是一个值得研究的学术问题。分析临床实习生的负面心理表现、成因和调控对策,目的在于探讨和制订适宜的临床实习教育模式,提高实习质量,培养未来合格的医生。

Clinical interns psychological state is an important factor affecting the practice of quality. The negative psychological problem in clinical practice is a concern of the real problem, but also a problem worthy of study. This paper analyses of negative psychological performance of clinical interns, cause and countermeasure, to explore and formulate appropriate clinical practice mode of Education, improve the quality of clinical practice, training of qualified doctors.
