A Study on the Changing Trend and Guidance of College Students' Professional Values

大学生职业价值观以大学生这一特定群体的职业价值取向,敏感地反映着当代中国社会价值观的历史变迁。当代大学生职业价值观由市场型、稳定型向自我发展型的转变,反映出社会价值观由物质主义向后物质主义的发展趋势。顺应这一趋势,我们应当积极利用集体主义所蕴藏的伦理内涵,正确引导社会价值观特别是大学生职业价值观的发展方向。

The professional value of college students, the particular group of students, sensitively reflects the contemporary Chinese social values of the historical changes. The change of the professional values of contemporary college students from the market type, the stable type to the self-development type reflects the development trend of the social values from the materialism to post-materialism. To correctly guide the development trend of social values, especially the professional values of college students, we should actively use the ethical connotation of respect for individual freedom and value in collectivism and guide students to understand the value orientation and behavior advocacy that self-development should have.
