某汽车空调模块啸叫分析

Analysis of Whistle Noise of a Vehicle HVAC Module

摘要 啸叫异响是汽车空调模块开发过程中常见问题之一,本文对因气流流经空腔形成啸叫的成因进行了分析研究,在进行论证后提出了相应的对策。 Whistle noise is a common issue during vehicle HVAC module development. This article analyzed whistle happened when air flow pass the cavity. The countermeasure is also presented after a full demonstration.
