摘要
以Nvivo10质性分析软件为研究工具,对1957年至2016年58部有关校内外教育结合的政策文本进行编码与分析,对有关校内外教育结合政策话语的演变轨迹和社会基础进行探究表明:在政策话语表达中,校内外教育结合主体经历了从一元到多元的演变,结合方式经历了从活动到制度的演变,结合程度经历了从关联到整合的演变,演变的社会根源在于素质教育的全面推广以及政府、市场与教育关系的变革。
Using the Nvivo10 qualitative analysis software,the study codes and analysis 58 policy text with regard to combination of school education and after school education from 1957 to 2016.The study explores the evolution and social basis of the policy discourse. Research shows that the organizer of combination of school education and after school education has developed from one element to the diverse,the form of combination has developed from the active to the system,the degree of combination has developed from the association to the integration,the popularization of quality education and the relationship evolution of government,market and education are the social roots of the policy discourse changes.
