摘要
使学生习得核心素养是现阶段学校教育的主要目标之一,而达成同一教育目标的途径和手段是多样的。基于学生间所具有的学科间差异,应将"核心素养"融于课程理念、课程文本、课程实践;基于学段间差异,应明确学段重点,寻找合适途径;基于个体间差异,教师应将自己已获得的经验转化成学生的学习经验,最终转化为学生习得"核心素养"的过程;基于学校独特性,应改善校园文化、完善校本课程开发区域资源。最终目标是使所有学生都习得"核心素养"。
Letting the student learn"core competency"is one of important goals in modern school education.But methods and approaches to achieve this educational goal are varied. Based on students' different acceptance level towards different disciplines,"core competency"should be integrated into curriculum idea,text and practice;on the basis of difference among different study period,key point in each study period should be identified to find out proper approach;on view of difference between individuals,the teachers should translate their experience accumulated into students' learning experience to finally help the students acquire "core competency";on account of uniqueness of school,effective measures should be taken to improve campus culture,perfect school-based curriculum and exploit regional resources thus to finally have all the students acquire"core competency".
