摘要
研究式培训是以解决问题为导向的一种培训模式,包括研究指向、研究主体、研究过程、研究支持和研究达成五大核心要素。研究式培训以学习者为中心,分为研究准备阶段、研究实施阶段和成果评估阶段。"结构化研讨"和"思维暂停"是推动研究式培训顺利实施的关键技术。
The research-oriented training is a training model with problem-solving as the guidance,including such five core elements as orientation,subject,process,support and achievement of the research.The research-oriented training with learners as the center is divided into research preparation stage,implementation stage and results assessment stage."Structured discussion"and "thinking pause"are the key technology to promote the smooth implementation of research-oriented training.
