摘要 基于风险的检验方法,建立常减压蒸馏装置设备腐蚀评价体系,从而实现装置设备的腐蚀控制及系统管理。在设备腐蚀评价过程中,按设备的材料类别、操作条件及损伤模式建立不同的设备腐蚀回路,并根据体系评价的结果得到各设备的风险等级,在此基础上确定其抽检比例,制订在线检验策略。以某厂蒸馏常减压装置为对象,应用该评价体系完成对常减压装置塔器、容器、换热器和压力管道的腐蚀风险评价工作,根据腐蚀风险评价结果制定相应的腐蚀控制措施。检验结果表明:本体系能够有效发现常减压蒸馏装置系统中存在的设备安全隐患,并通过制定合理的腐蚀控制策略和方案,节约了检验成本。 Based on the principle of RBI method,corrosion evaluation system of atmospheric vacuum unit was established so as to realize equipment's corrosion control and system management. During the corrosion assessment process,different equipment corrosion loops were established according to equipment material category,operating condition and damage model. Risk grade of each equipment was obtained according to the system evaluation results,which was taken as the basis to determine sampling proportion and formulate the online inspection strategy. Taking a factory as an example,applying the evaluation system into corrosion risk assessment of tower,vessel,heat exchanger and pressure pipeline of atmospheric vacuum unit,corresponding control measures were formulated on the basis of assessment results. The test results showed that hidden dangers of equipment in atmospheric vacuum unit system could be detected effectively by the system and inspection costs could be reduced through the formulation of reasonable corrosion control strategies and plan.
