文96地下储气库清洁生产技术

摘要 在分析文96地下储气库工程建设及后期运行中污染物类型和特征的基础上,通过对施工作业的特点、污染物产生环节及控制措施等的深入研究,优化注气压缩机及三甘醇再生装置噪声设计;采取污水凝液密闭外输、采气凝液处理后回注地层等工艺措施,形成了一整套适合于文96地下储气库的清洁生产技术。该技术的现场应用减少了污水排放、削减了固体废物、杜绝了噪声污染,真正实现了清洁环保生产;对促进同类型地下储气库的清洁生产具有借鉴意义。 The types and characteristics of pollutants were analyzed in the construction and operation processes of wen 96 underground gas depot, and the characteristics of construction work, formation of pollutants and control measures were investigated in detail. A complete set of cleaner production technology has been formed by optimizing the noise design in gas injection compressor and triglycol regeneration unit, adopting closed sewage condensate transportation and reinjecting gas condensate into formation. The technology application could reduce sewage discharge,cut down solid waste and eliminate noise pollution. The experience can be used as a reference to promote the cleaner production of similar gas storage.
