摘要 为了研究高硫原油对常减压蒸馏装置的影响,特别是高温腐蚀的问题,基于某加工俄罗斯原油的常减压蒸馏装置几年来的腐蚀情况和腐蚀现象,对腐蚀原因和解决方案进行了讨论。通过对原油评价报告相关馏分中硫含量的分析、石油馏分活性硫腐蚀机理的分析、设备和操作参数的比较,确定了腐蚀原因。最后确定采用高温防腐蚀的思路,并推荐了一种解决方案。 Based on corrosion history and phenomena of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit processing Russian crude oil,corrosion causes and countermeasures were discussed,in order to study the influence of high sulfur content in crude oil on the unit,especially under high temperature. Corrosion causes were determined based on the analysis of sulfur content in the petroleum fractions and active sulfur corrosion mechanism,as well as the comparison of equipment and operation parameters.Finally,the program of high-temperature corrosion protection was clarified and a solution was recommended.
