基于信息熵理论的连铸坯振痕图像技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 钢铁工业为了节能、环保和提高生产效率,在炼钢过程中广泛采用连铸坯生产工艺,连铸坯在凝固和振动过程中出现的波纹形状称之为振痕.振痕的形状特征将直接影响轧制工艺和产品质量,尤其是振痕的宽度和深度.现常用的振痕检测方法是电镜检测,此方法检测速度慢、人为干扰因素大且不利于实现数字化管理.本文采用激光位移传感器快速采集振痕表面的数据信息,通过Labview将信息储存于数据库中,并设计基于信息熵理论的数据分析与处理算法,实现绘制振痕表面的三维图像. In order to save energy,protect environment and improve production efficiency,continuous casting slab production process is widely used in the steelmaking process,in which the corrugated shape in the solidification and vibration process is called vibration marks.The shape characteristics of the vibration marks will directly affect the rolling process and product quality,especially the width and depth of vibration marks.The commonly used vibration detection method is electron microscopy which is slow to detect and human interference factors are not conducive to the realization of digital management.In this paper,the laser displacement sensor is used to quickly collect the data of the vibrating surface.Specifically,Labview stores the information in the database,designs the data analysis and processing algorithm based on the information entropy theory,and draws the three-dimensional image and the analysis report.
