摘要
为探讨健身舞、太极拳两种有氧健身锻炼项目对老年女性体质健康的效果差异,采用实验测试法、数理统计分析等方法,对武威市凉州区年龄在60~65周岁的女性各30人进行为期半年的健身舞、太极拳锻炼的调查.结果表明:经常进行健身舞、太极拳锻炼,一是能够使老年女性的BMI指标明显下降(P<0.05),体脂百分比下降非常明显(P<0.01),健身舞锻炼优于太极拳锻炼;二是能改善老年女性的心肺机能(P<0.05或P<0.01),太极拳锻炼优于健身舞锻炼;三是可以明显改善老年女性的肌力和柔韧性(P<0.05),而且还可以改善老年女性的灵敏性和平衡能力(P<0.01),太极拳锻炼优于健身舞锻炼.
To explore the different influences of fitness dance and Taijiquan,two aerobic exercise,on the health of older women,this research respectively selects 30 women aged 60 to 65from the Liangzhou District,Wuwei city to record the results of exercising these two programs for half a year through the methods of experimental testing and mathematical statistics.The results show that firstly,exercising these two programs for a long time can make the BMI index of older women decline obviously(P0.05).Besides,body fat percentage decline is obvious(P0.01).Briefly,for older women,fitness dance performs better in decreasing the BMI and body fat percentage than that of Taijiquan;Secondly,exercising these two programs for a long time can improve cardiopulmonary function of older women(P0.05 or P0.01).In short,Taijiquan is better than that of fitness dance in improving cardiopulmonary function of older women;Thirdly,exercising these two programs for a long time can obviously improve the muscle strength and flexibility of older women(P0.05).What's more,they can significantly improve the sensitivity,balance ability of older women(P0.01).In brief,Taijiquan do better in improving the muscle strength,agility,sensitivity and balance ability of older women than that of fitness dance.
