During the period of internet ＋, the universal use of We Chat provides more opportunities for the field of education. With the help of We Chat public platform, teachers push high-quality micro-class resources to learners and keep track of their self-learning in time,which is beneficial for learners to make use of fragmented time to finish their learning tasks by themselves, and meanwhile improve their learning efficiency. Through the analysis of learning needs and micro-course case study, the paper discusses the feasibility of combining We Chat public platform with English micro-course, and the learning pattern constructed will provide a new development direction for English teaching innovation of new period.
