开放大学地域文化特色课程建设的探索与创新——以内蒙古广播电视大学为例

"特色战略"是开放大学适应时代发展和宏观环境变化的必然选择。特色课程建设是落实特色战略的基础实践。内蒙古广播电视大学在向开放大学转型升级的关键阶段,既要构建有别于普通本科院校的现代远程开放教育地域文化课程,也要在电大系统内部不断探索能够培育自身竞争优势的特色课程。建设草原地域文化特色课程是挖掘和传承内蒙古独特文化资源、提高学习者人文素养、提升学校综合竞争能力的有效手段,也是地方社会和经济文化建设的重要内容。

＂Characteristic strategy＂is an inevitable choice for open university to adapt to the development of the times and the changes of macro environment. The construction of characteristic curriculum is the basic practice of implementing characteristic strategy. Inner Mongolia Radio and Television University is on the critical stage in the transition to Open University. It is necessary to build a regional cultural and characteristic course different from modern remote education in ordinary colleges and universities one the one hand, and explore its competitive advantage to develop its own characteristics of the curriculum within the open education institutes system. The construction of grassland regional cultural curriculum with its own characteristics is an important means to excavate and inherit the unique cultural resources of Inner Mongolia, improve learners＇ humanity, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the school, the above of which is also the important content of local social, economic and cultural construction.
