京津冀一体化背景下成人高等教育发展策略研究

A Study on the Developing Strategy of Adult Higher Education under the Background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration

成人高等教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在河北省具有潜在的、广阔的发展市场。在京津冀一体化发展的大背景下,基于逆梯度理论,分别从宏观、中观和微观三个层面对成人高等教育的发展策略展开研究,对于促进河北省高等教育结构的优化,实现区域教育结构的逆梯度增长,提升服务区域经济和社会发展的能力,对京津冀的区域一体化发展与和谐稳定具有重要的现实意义。

Adult higher education is an important component of higher education in China. It has a potential and broad market in Hebei province. Under the background of the integrated development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei and based on the theory of inverse gradient,this paper researches on development strategy of adult higher education respectively from the macro, meso and micro aspects, in order to promote the optimization of higher education structure in Hebei Province,facilitate inverse gradient growth of regional educational structure,enhance the capability of regional economic and social development,and promote the of regionally integrated development,harmony and stability of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei.
