摘要 学分银行是一种模拟或者借鉴银行的做法,可以对学分进行储存、汇兑,使学生能够自由选择学习内容、学习时间、学习地点的一种管理方式。终身学习体系的建设不仅需要"有",还需要"通",需要构建终身教育"立交桥",打破各种教育类型之间壁垒,加强多种教育类型之间的衔接。正基于此,学分银行才应运而生。终身学习体系中学习路径是多元的,可以由学习者自主选择学习内容,目前急需构建科学合理的制度和体制机制,让学习者的学习成果得到更方便、快捷的认证。 Credit bank is to stimulate and follow the mode of bank. It is an administrative mode that can deposit, withdraw credits and make learners freely select learning content, time, and place. The construction of lifelong learning system needs not only"existing", but also"making through". It is necessary to build a"cross bridge"for lifelong education, break the barriers among various types of education, and make them through. That's why credit bank appears. In the lifelong learning system, the learning path should be pluralistic, and learners can choose learning content independently, but a reasonable system should be established to make learners more convenient and quick to get certification and recognition.
