价值定位与内容选择:四川省社区学院学习者需求差异及比较分析

Value Orientation and Content Selection:An Investigation and Comparative Analysis on the Demand of Community College Learners in Sichuan Province

基于对四川省16所社区学院的1 246名学习者学习需求的调查,分析和比较社区教育学习者对社区学院在价值定位和内容选择上的需求差异。调查结果显示,当前四川省内社区学院的教育培训在对象、内容和形式上存在诸多问题,社区学院在发展中缺乏政策推动和财政支撑,社区教育区域发展不平衡,学习者对社区学院的功能和价值定位的理解存在偏颇。

Through an investigation on 1500 learners＇ learning demand of community education in 16 community colleges in Sichuan Province, this paper analyzes and compares the learners＇ different demands on value orientation and content selection of community college. According to the investigation results, there are problems in the training of these community colleges, including object, content and form. There are lacks of policy implementation and financial support in the development of community colleges. The investigation also shows the imbalanced regional development of community education, and learners also have misunderstanding on the functions and value orientations of community college.
