检校协作共建卫生检疫实训基地的实践与思考

Practice and Reflection on Establishing Quarantine Training Base by the Cooperation of Quarantine Bureau and College

目的探索检校共建卫生检疫实训基地的协作模式,提升协作效能,促进卫生检疫事业与高校相关专业教育事业的协同发展。方法通过检校协作共建卫生检疫实训基地的实践,总结经验成效,查摆制约因素,提出扩大成效推进的策略。结果泉州检验检疫局与泉州医学高等专科学校协作共建卫生检疫实训基地,成效明显,互利共赢。结论泉州检验检疫局与泉州医高专共建卫生检疫实训基地,创建了"协同协作、分工负责、因材施教、业务互助、队伍共建"的协作模式值得借鉴推广。

Objective This training base isto explorethe cooperation mode between Quanzhou Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau（QEIAQB）and Quanzhou Medical College（QMC） to enhance cooperation efficiency, and to promote coordinated development of health quarantine and related professional college education.Method Through our combined efforts and the practice of building the health and quarantine training base,summarizing the experience and achievements, and revealing the restraining factors, we put forwardthe strategy of expanding effectiveness. Results The health quarantine training base jointly established by QEIAQB and QMC has obtained notable results and mutual benefit. Conclusion Through the Health quarantine training base jointly established by QEIAQB and QMC, we create a collaborative model of ＂cooperation, division of labor, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, business assistance and team cultivating together＂,which is worth learning and promoting.
