Dynamic AD-AS model can analyze the movement rules of output,interest rates,and the price level.Among them,the aggregate demand（AD）model is composed of Keynesian dynamic governing equation, and combines with linear consumption function,linear investment function and linear monetary demand function.The aggregate supply（AS）model is continuous form equation,which is derived from the production function,the relationship of the price and cost,and the Phillips curve.According to analyze the stability of the first-order linear approximate system,get an important conclusion that can judge the positive equilibrium point of dynamic AD-AS model is local stability in the first octant.At the same time,the validity of the conclusion is verified by a specific numerical example.
