Pentacam眼前节分析系统在激光虹膜周边切除术评估中的应用

Application of pentacam system in evaluating laser periphery iridectomy

目的评价Pentacam眼前节分析系统的临床应用价值。方法对39例(39眼)原发急性闭角型青光眼(临床前期)进行YAG激光周边虹膜切除术(laser periphery iridotomy,LPI),术前及术后1周行Pentacam眼前节分析系统定量测量,分别测定手术前后的前房轴深(ACD)、前房容积(ACV)、最小前房角度(ACA)。结果 Pentacam的数据图像表明原发急性闭角型青光眼临床前期在LPI术后的虹膜膨隆得到改善;周边前房角明显大于术前;前房容积也较术前有显著增大;前房轴深无明显变化。结论 Pentacam眼前节分析系统可对前房主要参数进行量化分析检查,能够准确客观评价LPI的治疗效果,临床应用价值较高。

Objetive To evaluate the anterior segment parameters in early primary angle-closure glaucoma eyes before and after YAG laser periphery iridectomy（ LPI） by using Pentacam system.Methods Thirty-nine eyes of thirty-nine patients were recruited into this study.The images of the anterior segment of the eye were captured and the parameters were measured by the Pentacam system pre-operatively and 1 week after laser treatment.Results The Pentacam data showed that iris deformation of the anterior segment was getting better after LPI. Conclusion The changes of anterior chamber after LPI can be demonstrated by the Pentacam qualitatively and quantitatively.
