摘要
聚醚砜具备良好的热稳定性、氧化稳定性、机械性能与成膜性,用它制备的高分子膜材料在分离净化领域,特别是血液净化领域得到广泛应用。本文综述聚醚砜膜渗透性能的调控,介绍近年来聚醚砜血液净化膜材料的血液相容性、抗污性、抗菌性、细胞相容性及多功能性的改性研究进展,包括本课题组的研究工作,并展望未来研究及发展方向。
Polyethersulfone has gained great attention due to its good thermal stability, oxidative stability, mechanical property and film-formation. Thus, polyethersulfone membrans are widely used in separation and purification fields, especially in blood purification. In this review, we summarize the adjustment of permeability of polyethersulfone membranes in past years, and the progress in modification of polyethersulfone membranes with hemocompatibility, antifouling, antibacterial property, cytocompatibility and multi-functions is also reviewed, especially for the research in our group. Finally, we give the future perspectives of polyethersulfone membranes for blood purification.
