摘要
根据住建部出台BIM技术应用相关政策和当前建筑业发展趋势,对BIM技术在建筑工程中的应用进行了研究,总结了BIM技术应用3方面的优质做法和制约BIM技术应用发展的5个方面,提出了BIM技术未来发展的思路和对策。
Based on the requirements of relevant policies issued by MOHURD on BIM technique application and current construction industry development trend, this paper analyzed the application of BIM technique in construction project and summarized three effective ways for application of BIM technique and five factors influencing the application and development of BIM technique. In addition, it also introduced relevant proposals and countermeasures for the development of BIM technique.
