摘要 真实可靠的新能源运行数据是挖掘新能源出力特性、提升新能源预测水平和评估新能源运行影响的基础。结合新能源机组运行特点,构建了新能源机组运行数据多维度数据校验体系,数据标准化处理环节实现了跨平台多类型新能源运行数据在时间和空间维度的规范化处理,异常数据辨识环节分别基于数据基本规律、时间规律和空间规律三个层级串行开展数据辨识,异常数据重构环节分别按照数据单点异常、多点异常和连续异常3个类别并行开展数据重构,可满足不同平台、不同类型和不同数量的新能源机组异常数据处理需求。结合我国"三北"地区某省级电网风电场群的实际运行数据仿真分析,表明所构建的多维数据校验方法具有较强的适应性和准确性。 The true and reliable renewable power operating data is an important basis of mining the characteristics of renewable power output,enhancing the level of renewable power prediction and evaluating the influence of renewable power. So,combining with the characteristics of renewable power equipment information,this article constructs a multidimensional data validation method system of renewable power equipment information,in which data standardization processing section realizes the cross-platform and multi-type operating data standardization process in time and space dimensions,abnormal data identification section realizes serial data identification respectively based on the data basic rule,time rule and space rule,abnormal data refactoring section realizes parallel data refactoring respectively according to the abnormal data type( single point,multipoint,or continuous),and this data validation method can satisfy different platforms,different types and different number of renewable power equipment abnormal data. The simulation analysis based on the actual operation data of wind farm cluster in China's"three north"area has confirmed that the proposed multidimensional data validation method has strong adaptability and accuracy.
